Arpita Ghosh Hajra, the visionary Founder and Lead Researcher of Avant Amour, brings over 12 years of expertise in ethnography and design research. A specialist in uncovering deep cultural and behavioral insights, Arpita combines her academic excellence with a practical approach to problem-solving. With an M.Sc. from Calcutta University, she went for her Ph.D. to IIMA, and has a design degree from IIT Delhi, she has cultivated a multidisciplinary perspective that drives Avant Amour's innovative methodologies.
