Who we are
Avant Amour is a founder-led qualitative research firm based in India, led by Arrpita Ghosh Hajra. Avant Amour is registered in Delhi, India.
Using the site
The site tells you about our research services and lets you get in touch. You may use it for any lawful purpose. Please do not:
- use the site in a way that breaks any law;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, or disrupt how it works;
- send false, misleading or automated enquiries through our forms, or pretend to be someone else.
Our content
Unless we say otherwise, the text, case studies, photographs and video on this site belong to Avant Amour. You are welcome to read, link to and share our pages, and to quote short extracts with credit to Avant Amour and a link back. Please ask us before republishing substantial parts of the site, or before using our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Other organisations' names, logos, certification marks and images belong to their owners. Client names and logos appear because Arrpita has done research for those organisations, and do not mean those organisations endorse this site.
Information, not advice
The content on this site is general information about research and our work. It is not advice for your specific situation. The results described in our case studies came from particular projects with particular clients, and are not a promise of the same results for you.
Enquiries and research projects
Sending us an enquiry, by form, email or WhatsApp, does not create a contract. Any research project we take on is agreed in a separate written proposal or agreement, and that document, not these terms, governs the project.
How we use the details you send us is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Other websites and services
The site links to other websites and services, such as LinkedIn and WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data; their own terms and policies apply.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be complete, current or free of errors, or that it will be available without interruption. We may change or remove any part of the site at any time.
